This is what I do!
I go to the gym every day except Saturdays. (I coach and figure skate)
I do 30 minutes of cardio everyday (treadmill, elliptical, bike. whatever I feel like) And then every second day, I do three circuits of weight machines. If you compete the entire circuit once, you’ve worked every body part. I also do hot yoga eery sunday and tuesday and a spinning class every wednesday :)
I do a bit of core with a medecine ball everyday.
